Trying to have a conversation with your spouse with a mouth full of toothpaste sure makes for an exciting story. And that is where our beloved blog begins! Two old married people settling in for an exciting evening of Battlestar Gallactica before bed were trying to engage in conversation whilst brushing their teeth. I always seem to find that I have something that I simply MUST communicate with a mouth full of toothpaste, never learning that perhaps this isn't the best time to have a conversation. This is where "I'll tell you in a minute" suddenly was interpereted as "Kaiya in a hat?" by my beloved husband. This was followed by foamy giggles by me and a follow up question from him as "What hat?" And if our beloved dog knew what she was in for next..well we wouldn't have this blog.
